It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

Anaheim Grant Outreach Package

 

As part of its Orange County Waste and Recycling grant implementation duties with the City of Anaheim, EcoNomics prepared, implemented, and reviewed public outreach and education materials (including the procurement and implementation of a public relations/marketing agency to assist with a newly created public education campaign). As a result of its current work in Anaheim, EcoNomics has developed tools and processes that are specific to the implementation of Anaheim’s public awareness and education campaign such as flyers, posters, presentations, advertisements, and new program logo and branding. This campaign focuses on source-separated organic waste recycling and food recovery. Much of what is being developed as part of the grant-funded marketing campaign will be used as a foundation to build and expand the campaign to educate businesses about the organic’s diversion and food rescue requirements of SB 1383.

In 2020, EcoNomics worked closely with the City of Santa Ana to create video encapsulating a thorough recycling training and business owner narrative touting their success with the City’s recycling program.
